Typically 2–4 business days. Urgent cases — just ask, sometimes it's possible sooner.
Usually the cheap ones benefit the most. Budget instruments leave the factory set "by eye" and gain disproportionately from a proper setup.

Whichever you want. The setup is done for a specific gauge — if you change gauge afterwards, the settings will drift.
