In short: we collect only what is necessary to handle your service request. We do not sell data. We do not send spam. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.

The GuitarCare.pl website has no contact form and collects no data automatically. Contact happens by phone or e-mail only, and we receive your data solely when you provide it yourself:

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering into one). Providing data is voluntary, but without a phone number or e-mail address we cannot reply to your enquiry.

3. How long we retain your data

Data from service requests is retained for no longer than 3 years from the date of last contact — in case of complaints or warranty claims on completed work. Data required for accounting purposes is retained for 5 years in accordance with tax law.

GuitarCare.pl does not use cookies for tracking or analytics purposes. We do not use any third-party analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Meta Pixel, etc.).

The site uses a single functional cookie solely to remember that you have acknowledged this cookie notice, so the banner does not reappear on subsequent visits.

The site contains a link to the GuitarCare.pl Facebook page (facebook.com/pl.guitarcare). Clicking that link is subject to the privacy policy of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. We have no control over how Facebook processes your data.

8. Changes to this policy

In the event of significant changes to this policy, we will notify you by updating the date and version number in the header of this document. Continued use of the site after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
